This class takes a hands-on approach to engineering, allowing students to directly engage with basic engineering concepts through a variety of fun and educational activities. Students will improve their problem solving, math, and physics skills – all while engaging in exciting building projects.
Does your child have a “dramatic side”? You might have a budding Stage Star in your family! Our drama class introduces students to the craft of stage acting. During the one-hour class, students will learn theatrical skills, improv basics and participate in interactive drama games. This is an opportunity for students to have fun, express themselves, interact with others within the context of theatre arts and have the opportunity to earn belts to demonstrate their learned skills!
Guitar Stars teaches the fundamentals of guitar to beginners as well as continuing students in grades 1-8. The students learn to play exercises and songs that help them progress and have fun.
Our Spanish class introduces the Spanish language to beginning students from K-5th grade. During the 45 -60 minute class and throughout the session, students will learn numbers, the alphabet, parts of speech, expressions, days and months, colors, food, animals, clothes, parts of the body, as well as family and community words in Spanish.
Our Smart Start Art Program is designed for students in grades K-3. The students will explore their artistic and creative side through fun and unique art projects, directed drawings, and introductions to famous artists and art pieces throughout history.
